Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all payments made for internship enrollment at Growfin through our website. By registering, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Registration Fee

  • A one-time registration and onboarding fee of ₹99 is charged at the time of enrollment.
  • This fee is used solely to filter serious applicants and cover basic onboarding processes.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Withdrawal by the applicant after registration.
    • Non-participation in the internship.
    • Rejection due to eligibility or failure to meet requirements.
    • Technical issues (internet, device, or third-party system failures) beyond Growfin’s control.

3. Cancellations by Intern

  • If an intern chooses not to continue after enrollment, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds will be entertained.

4. Cancellations by Growfin

  • In the rare case that Growfin cancels the internship program entirely, registered applicants will be informed via email.
  • In such an event, Growfin may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative internship batch or extend onboarding, but no refund shall be processed.

5. Acknowledgement

By enrolling, applicants acknowledge and agree that the registration fee is:

  • Non-refundable.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Charged only to ensure serious participation.
